Hamburger and Cheese Fries
Cook fries of your choice. While that’s cooking, cut up your burger meat, chives or spring onion, and tomato. Get sharp cheese ready. Once the fries are done, top with shredded cheese, onion, tomatoes, and meat. Put back in the oven to melt the cheese and enjoy!
Corn and Veggie Salad
Take grilled corn off the cob and add it to a bowl. Add in the zest and juice of 1 to 2 limes, and any vegetables you have on hand. Some good fresh options are red pepper, onion, cilantro or parsley, zucchini, avocado, black beans, a little olive oil, and salt and pepper to taste. The idea here is using what you have on hand as your kick start to a yummy main course or side dish.
